After Black Friday all players are waiting to get their money back from Absolute Poker (AP), Ultimate Bet (UB) and Full Tilt (FT). It seems that players on AP and UB can be more optimistic for a refund. Before getting too happy, the news is not so positive. It seems that all players will get back about 15-20 cents/$. It does not hurt much if someone has $20-30, however players with thousands of USD on their account will not be happy about the decision.

About 3.5 million players suffer from UB’s data breach. The confidential data was posted on the Two Plus Two forum and was removed after 8 minutes. The following data were affected: email address, phone number, mailing address, name, login name, birth date, account balance etc.

The WSOP Main Event is considered the World Championship of poker. Pius Heinz won the 1st place in 2011. He is the first German winning the Championship. Martin Staszko could have been the first Czech to win the Final Table but despite his large chip lead at the start of the Final Table, he finished 2nd.
